Chocolate,,,,,




Chocolate is a symbol of happiness,calm,and reduce stress and many more...For me,its very close with my life..





I like it very much because its very sweet and can make me smile when it melt in my mouth...






And i love chocolate than other things such teddy bear..But when someone give it i appreciate the presents..






Sometimes,when i get stress i will by a chocolate to reduce my stress and it work it...When i eat chocolate it is a great moment in my life..






During my belated birthday,my lover give me something in a medium paper cup..i thought it maybe teddy bear or other things,but it is a paper beg full with a chocolate..







i really shock at that time and i don't know how to tell my feelings..Thank you my dear...You are so sweet...heheheh...

sorry!!!!!



Its very hard to say sorry when we make the wrong things....Sometimes,although a silly things can make us argument with our friends..At that time we always think to win and think that we are at the right side..







We doesn't think about others feeling..Sometimes it can make our friendship end...After we cool a little bit,we will start to feel and analyze that and argument is wasn't to important..But it is not easy to say SORRY,right....








Sometimes it is too late to realise,but a sincere apologizes can solve it all..Thus to make sure that we win the argument is by said "i am wrong,please forgive me"..I am sure that our friend will forget it all..







So we can get back our percious friendship..Friends.....friendship is a greatest moment in our life....when we meet the best friend that always with us whether in happy or sad that is great friends...So dont let it go...

Today I want to share about the benefits of eating kiwi.

Between beauty and confidence, i would like to say confidence and beauty are related. Sometime when people care about beauty, they also will become more confident.

For having confident in meeting someone, he/she should dressing well to make each company feel comfortable.

If someone have a beauty face but less in confident, people would say that he/she is not good in their appearance.

More than that, each people has their own beauty. So, beauty is not a problem at all. But they just need confident to think that they are beauty enough.

In conclusion, confident is the important thing here. From confident, beauty will growing up. (\(^.^)/)

Anger cause you heart disease?




The analysis of 2,334 men and women aged 45-64 years also found that long-term stress is associated with increased risk of coronary heart disease in both men and women.







Specifically, researchers found that men with high trait anger scores had 1.7 times greater odds for developing hypertension than those with low or moderate scores, and high trait anger scores were associated with a 90 percent increase in the risk of progression to coronary heart disease in prehypertensive men.





Moreover, both men and women with high levels of long-term psychological stress had 1.68 times greater odds for developing coronary heart disease than those with low or moderate stress.








The authors suggest that treatment of anger and psychological stress may have a beneficial effect on slowing progression of prehypertension to hypertension and coronary heart disease. Thus,love our precious heart....
